You will be working closely with the existing development team who will be there to support you. The role is initially a contract role but will turn into a full time job with the right candidate.
Recent PHP API experience with Google Ad Manager or Google Maps JS experience will be highly regarded.

Customer Success Specialist
As we launch more self-serve platforms – our clients success is our number one priority. With a proven go to market strategy to ensure momentum at launch, we are seeking a customer focussed individual to help our clients through the first few months post launch and then provide on-going support.
You will be working directly with our CEO and helping our clients implement and execute our 360 Sales plan. For each project, you will become integrated with our client’s team members, work with their media sales team, train them on their new self-serve platform and show them how to build a pipeline of SME advertising demand.
You will have some level of sales and marketing experience with a focus on customer success. Previous experience working with SME’s is a bonus. Experience in advertising technology will also be beneficial.
